Spinal Decompression in Omaha

Spinal decompression is a non-surgical table treatment we use for disc-related back pain, neck pain, and sciatica. You stay clothed. Most sessions are 15–20 minutes. Dr. Jamie examines you first and will tell you if you are a candidate.

When the table is a good next step

After an exam, Dr. Jamie will tell you plainly if you are a candidate. It is often considered for:

  • Low back pain or sciatica that keeps returning
  • Disc-related neck pain or radiating arm symptoms
  • The pattern of “the adjustment helps, then it creeps back”

This does not replace a medical workup when one is needed. We do not promise to reverse a herniation or avoid surgery in every case.

Questions

Do I need an MRI first?
Not always. Bring any imaging you already have.

Is this the same as an inversion table at home?
No. This is a clinic table after an exam.
